[UPDATE] As of Feb 2023, spare parts of the Breville Dual Boiler are already available.

International shipping and manufacturing delays continue to affect many businesses all over the world. Breville Philippines has unfortunately also run afoul of these impediments. Due to international events beyond our control, our regular schedule for spare parts importation has been disrupted.

For repairs involving the Steam Probe Set of 3 w/ O-Ring spare part for the Breville the Dual Boiler™ (BES920), service completion will be delayed because of part availability and inventory issues. While we had taken the initiative to place advance rush orders for this part earlier this year, our suppliers later informed us that constant delays on the shipping side means the earliest estimated time of arrival for the parts is on the 1st week of January, 2023.

We understand that this wait is significantly longer than most of you would anticipate and is totally out of character given Breville’s history of superb after-sales service and support. We apologize for this unforeseen set back.
